We believe in providing a market chain for African artisans where we add the value in Africa. Our mission is create a consistent market for skilled craftspeople, beyond a passing tourist trade diminished by COVID-19. We are a social enterprise working to make a difference in the lives of these artisans.
Handcrafted Products by African Artisans
All of our products are hand crafted throughout Africa, from woven baskets to carved furniture and homewares. We work with artisans in Kenya, Malawi and Zimbabwe to provide them with a consistent market and to share their incredible work with the world.
All our products are made from natural, sustainable materials
Sisal, Palm frond, grasses, and woods are the natural and robust canvasses for these talented artisans. And they are some of the most sustainable materials available today. Where the products have been dyed, many of the dyes are made from vegetation, tree roots and bark. Where synthetic dyes have been used, they are sustainably sourced.
